Up to 14 days after the date of purchase and to the extent that FlexiGolf purchases have not been used, you can request an unconditional refund unless otherwise specified in the offer details.

To request a refund, simply contact our customer service within 14 days of your purchase date, by email or phone. The refund will be made on the same credit card. Please allow up to two weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. The transaction fee is not refundable, just like your accumulated points are not cancellable.
